This comfortable villa is located within the beautiful gardens and tranquility offered as part of the Villa Rosa complex. However, it is only a 10 min walk to Candolim beach which boasts beach front restaurants, bars, watersports and night life.
Also close to the other famous beaches of Goa such as Siquerim, Calangute and Baga beaches. Other attractions such as Fort Aguada and Reis Magos are also nearby.
This comfortable villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located in a well maintained complex, it benefits from a shared swimming pool, onsite gym and 24 hour gate security.
The villa has AC in all rooms, unlimited wifi, power backup, and a large sundeck.
On entering the villa through the veranda, which is perfect for sunrise breakfasts, you are greeted by a spacious living area including a lounge and dining area. The lounge offers plentiful seating with a smart TV and coffee table. Sky TV can be made available on request.
The kitchen included a gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, water purifier, toaster, washing machine and kettle. Fully equipped for 6 people.
The ground floor also host 2 double bedrooms both with AC and a ground floor bathroom with shower.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom that boasts a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. An adjacent 1st floor sundeck provides a more open space for socialising outside. There is also an upstairs bathroom.
