How many bookings will I receive?
On average, the hosts we work with receive 6-8 reservations per month, and we're their biggest booking platform!
However, several factors come into play when it comes to maximising bookings. These include reviews, quality of stay, photos, descriptions, pricing, etc.
How long does it take for my listing to go live?
Once you have completed our onboarding form below, it takes us an average of just 2-3 hours before your property goes live.
How will I receive guest enquiries?
You will receive guests enquiries via the DirectTrip platform and through your dedicated DirectTrip Account Manager on WhatsApp.
How do I contact my enquiries?
You can contact enquiries via Call, Text Messages or WhatsApp.
What if I don't contact my enquiries?
It is important you contact your enquiries as quickly as possible. Every enquiry should be contacted within 30 minutes of receiving their details.
Failure to comply will lead to your property getting permanently removed from DirectTrip.
How much do you charge?
We charge a flat 12% commission of the total booking reservation.
