The space
Villa De Plumeria is a colonial-contemporary villa in a quiet, tree-lined gated community in Candolim — 1km from
the beach, minutes from every restaurant, bar, and attraction North Goa has to offer.
FLOOR 1
Step into an open porch dining area with views of lush bougainvillaea and tropical greenery. The dining table seats 6
— perfect for group meals and lazy Goan mornings. The living area has a leather sectional sofa, flat-screen TV,
and a charming chess table for the strategists in the group.
Note: The living room has ceiling fans and pedestal fans. AC is provided in all bedrooms only.
The fully-equipped modular kitchen comes with an induction hob, microwave, oven, toaster, RO water purifier, and
electric kettle. Crockery, cutlery, and utensils for 9 guests are stocked. The refrigerator is large enough for the group.
