It features a private pool, a private garden area, spacious living and a dining area, 4 king-size ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, power backup, and a Marshall speaker. We provide a dedicated caretaker from 9am to 5pm and a chef on request (chargable). Centrally located in Assagao, it is just 10 minutes from Vagator and Anjuna beaches and very close to famous restaurants like Jamun and Bawri.

The ground-floor living space is air-conditioned, comfortably seating up to 8-10 guests. It features a big size Smart TV and opens directly onto the garden and pool deck, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. A powder room is also available on this floor.
The villa is equipped with a Marshall Kilburn II speaker and a Smart TV, perfect for music sessions, movie nights, or relaxed gatherings with friends and family. We do provide bluetooth speaker with a Mic (on prior info) if you want to enjoy a Karaoke night.

The fully functional kitchen is fitted with a microwave, blender, coffee maker, cooker, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, cookware, and cutlery.
