The neighbourhood
- We request our esteemed guests to use all the facilities and appliances with care and as per the normally accepted manner in which they should be generally handled. In case there are damages to the property or its facilities/amenities/assets, then unfortunately, we shall have no option but to recover the value or cost of the same from the guests.
- Refundable Security deposit of Rs 20,000 to be deposited at check in
-Incase of any breakage or damage, money will be deducted first from the security deposit. Incase the damages exceed the deposit value, the guest will be liable to compensate the balance.
-Do Note these are two separate villas - Candolim Song (6 bedrooms) with a large size pool; the second villa, The second villa Beach House (3 bedroom) is a one minute walk from Candolim Song and closer to the beach!!
-No loud music is allowed without police permission for parties.
- If you would like to continue playing music after 10 PM, necessary permission will have to be taken from the applicable police station.
- Children should be accompanied by parents/adults when they use the swimming pool.
- Pets are not allowed.

Good to know
Most villas allow self check-in. Pets are welcome at most villas if you tell us in advance. Send us your plans and we sort the rest with the host.
