The neighbourhood
Artisanale Loutolim is our own private home housing our personal collections from around India and the globe. Loutolim is best known as the home of one of Goa's most prominent international icons Mario Miranda.
The house has 3 ACed bedrooms ensuite bathrooms, a living room with French doors, an airy cross ventilated dinning area and an inner courtyard with a well in the centre and a gazebo. We have a cook on call and cleaning staff. A dedicated optic fibre internet line and a power backup.
The space
Artisanale Loutolim is a stately old Portuguese mansion which will awe any guest. The majestic chandeliers, age old furniture, historic altar and antique art and frescoes adorning the walls make your stay more regal and draw you back into the days of yore.
The house is fully furnished and ready to move in. It has three bedrooms with attached bath/toilets and hot water. The kitchen is fully functional and has a microwave, 4 burner gas range, oven, mixer-grinder, refrigerator, regular cooking utensils, and adequate crockery and cutlery and tableware for 6.
