1. Acceptance of the Terms and Service

By accessing or using the DirectTrip Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the DirectTrip Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DirectTrip.

2. Modifications to Terms

DirectTrip reserves the right to revise and update these Terms from time to time in its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when DirectTrip posts them and apply to all access to and use of the DirectTrip Platform thereafter. However, any changes to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the "Governing Law and Jurisdiction" section will not apply to any disputes for which the parties have actual notice on or before the date the change is posted on the DirectTrip Platform.

DirectTrip reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw the DirectTrip Platform or any part thereof at its sole discretion without prior notice. DirectTrip shall not be liable for any unavailability or interruption of the DirectTrip Platform, whether partial or complete. From time to time, DirectTrip may limit access to certain parts of the DirectTrip Platform, including access for registered users.

The DirectTrip Platform and all its contents, including but not limited to information, software, text, images, videos, and audio, are the property of DirectTrip, its licensors, or other content providers, and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The DirectTrip name and logo, as well as any related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans, are trademarks owned by DirectTrip or its affiliates. You shall not use these marks without the prior written permission of DirectTrip. Other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans displayed on the DirectTrip Platform may be trademarks of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DirectTrip, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your access or use of the DirectTrip Platform.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your access to and use of the DirectTrip Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and DirectTrip concerning the DirectTrip Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
