1. TARIFF – The tariff is for the entire 3bhk penthouse.
2. SETTLEMENT OF BILLS – Taxi Bills/Food Bills or any other bills must be settled on presentation.
3. CHECK-IN – Please provide a valid Government ID Card/Passport (for foreign nationals) upon arrival (either to be shared with host if the caretaker is not around). Balance payments must be deposited at the time of check-in.
4. CHECK-IN ~ CHECK-OUT – Check-in time is 3 pm till 8 pm and Check-out time is 8 am till 10am.
5. DEPARTURE – Kindly inform prior in case you wish to extend the stay beyond 10am. The extension shall be given as per the availability @ 1000/- per hour or one can pay the entire day’s tariff for a longer extension.
6. GUEST’s BELONGINGS – Guests are requested to look after their belongings. Kindly lock the rooms before leaving the premises and take responsibility for your own belongings as no one will be held responsible if something gets misplaced.
7. Inclusions – 3bhk air-conditioned penthouse , wi-fi, linens & towels, toiletries, kitchen - utensils, basic necessity items. Tea/Coffee refills and water. Pool access.
