The neighbourhood
We are an award-winning homestay located on a secluded forested hill, 10 mins drive from the beaches of North Goa. Our guests experience life with a local family yet with the privacy and comfort afforded by the best boutique hotels. The host Ayesha lives on the property.
The space
The approach is via a flight of steps from the parking area. The house is designed in a tropical-colonial style with a large high-ceilinged rooms, louvered doors leading out onto a deep veranda overlooking a sparkling, infinity edge pool. A central courtyard in the middle of the house is filled with tropical plants and a fish pond.
There are three beautifully appointed, spacious bedrooms, furnished with antique furniture and fourposter beds.
Magnolia is a luxurious room on the first floor with a private balcony overlooking the courtyard. It has a large open bathroom with a dressing area and is furnished with antique furniture including twin four-poster beds. This room is large enough for a family with children.
