The neighbourhood
You will be living in a "Stelliam"
Stelliam Holidays derives its name from my kid sons Stellan and Liam. It's because of this that we are ultra passionate about everything we do.
This is a combination of a 2/3 bhk with a beautiful sea view, designed by Stelliam Holidays It's very close to Odxel beach & secluded from the hustle bustle.
The apartments are in a well built society in Dona Paula, near Goa University, Taj Convention Center, Hotel - Bay 15 etc.
The space
The area/locality is very safe and peaceful. Surrounded by greenery and sea view & breeze everyone loves the space for its serenity.
The space has 5 bedrooms and 2 fully functional kitchens. There is 1 powder room each in the common areas of the apartments.
The view is gorgeous with a beautiful balcony and outdoor seating. The society has a common pool with a wonderful view. There is parking available at the property.
The check in time is 1PM and check out time is 11AM. We can only allow a slight flexibility in the checkin, if the space is available. The caretaker will help you with any guidance or help.
