The neighbourhood
• Guests are requested to carry their ID proof; copy of the same would be retained by
us for records, which is mandatory as per Government Law. The following
documents only are considered valid I.D. proofs — Passport, Driving License, Voter
ID Card & Aadhaar Card.
• Children policy – children should be supervised at all times due to easy access to
the pool
• We will require a refundable security deposit of Rs.10000 to be paid at the time of
check-in. This can be done via UPI or Cash on arrival which will be refunded at the
time of check out provided there is no damage to the property.
• Kindly check for and report any damage to the property or installations to the
house host within 60 minutes of checking in. We will do a full check of the villa as
per ‘inventory list’ upon checkout and deductions for any damages will be made
from the security deposit.
• Towels will be changed daily. Kindly do not to take the white towel to the pool.

• No towels should be taken to the beach
• Bed linen will be changed after 2 days. In case linen is required to be changedbefore this period due to any reason, additional charges will be applicable.
