Our Villa Policies and Guidelines are made for your safety and to make your stay memorable.

1. Our standard check-in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Late check-out/early check-in is subject to availability and can be provided at an additional cost, the same should be discussed prior to arrival.
2. Guests need to produce scan copies of their personal government-approved Valid identification documents (ID Proof and Address Proof i.e Aadhar card/Driving Licence/Passport etc..) of all guests staying with us for registering with the authorities, the same can be sent to our WhatsApp number provided by the management for contactless communication. Kindly send a scanned copy of the pan card only of the booking person for the purpose tax benefits.
3. Refundable Security Deposit of one night charge to be paid on confirmation of the booking or before arrival and the same will be refunded during check-out only after our Supervisors/Manager had checked on any damages on Linen/furniture/fixtures/glassware/crockery/Flooring/lighting/electronics/plants, the guest has to compensate or replace

Most villas allow self check-in. Pets are welcome at most villas if you tell us in advance. Send us your plans and we sort the rest with the host.
