Seascape Cottage is an olden style indo-portuguese Villa, which was used as a beach side retreat, during the Portuguese Era in Goa, to escape the summer heat and enjoy the sea shore ambiance.
This cottage has 4 bedrooms with split AC. Out of the 4 bedrooms, room 1 & 4 have a Queen size bed and one single bed.These rooms have an attached toilet cum bathroom plus a cupboard each and side tables with storage.
***Room 3 has one Queen size bed with a cupboard and side table. Room 3 has an non attached but exclusive/secure toilet cum bathroom.
Room 2 has one Queen size bed with a wall cupboard and attached bathroom.
All bathrooms have hot and cold water with power sockets.All guests will be provided with clean towels and bath soap.
My property is not a luxury/boutique villa but it has respectable and new furnishings.
There is a large living cum dining room and a well equipped Kitchen, having a fridge, UV water purifier, a microwave, a toaster, an induction cooker, crockery/ teacups glasses etc. being a Portuguese era bungalow, there is a large balcony for sit outs.
The property is under CCTV surveillance.
