The neighbourhood
This villa is in the heart of the party capital Goa in Arpora, (2-3 mins to Baga, 5 mins to Calangute).
Perfect for people who want to be close to the beaches, party nightlife, clubs, restaurants & the night markets... but come back to your villa within a couple of minutes’ drive.

The space
This villa is the corner lot in a complex of 4 row villas each with its own private pool.
We have a lovely sitting room and dinning/kitchen than opens into the pool area at the back of each villa covered for privacy on all sides.
The property is airy and bright with large French windows & doors to bring in fresh light all day and when opened fresh air.
The floors are all hand made by Bharat tiles or natural stones and are unique in their own way and each bedroom with diff colours adds a certain charm by itself. As hand made and cement tiles please note we could have slight color variations or discolorations and is common and adds to the rustic look.
