The villa is spread over 2250 square feet -
- the living/dining space along with the kitchen is all located on the ground floor. Plus the ground level also consists of a small verandah/patio with outdoor furniture for you to sun bask & sip on the morning tea.
- Kitchen comes with gas burners, washing machine, dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery/crockery as well as utensils.
- Ample of sitting space in the ground level living area along with bar like stools at the kitchen counter.
- Bedroom number 1 is located on the ground level. It consists of a queen sized bed, attached bathroom, balcony, storage space for your clothes.
- As soon as you climb the wooden steps to the first floor- you will see a small sit out between bedroom 2 & 3 which is more like a common lounging space for members of the group who are comfortable climbing stairs & decide on picking the bedrooms on the upper level. The lounging space will have a 4 seater couch as well as a 40 inch LED TV.
