ADDITIONAL RULES: *Private parties or groups of people are not permitted inside the villa.* If one or two people may be dropping in for a visit, please inform our staff prior to this. *Outside guests are strictly not allowed to stay overnight. *The use of any drugs is not permissible on the premises and will lead to immediate removal and handover to the police. *We collect a security deposit of Rs. 10000 which is automated from Airbnb and will be released back to you a day after checkout. *Music in the villa is allowed until 11pm. However, please ensure that you do not disturb the neighbours. *Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas. *Please wear appropriate swimwear to use the pool. *Please take a shower before using the pool. *Be your own lifeguard! Guests are entirely responsible for their own safety in the pool and we will not be responsible for any untoward incidents. Please also keep an eye on children in and around the pool area. *Consumption of food/ drinks is strictly not allowed inside or by the ledges of the pool.
