Luxury Villa is based in a centrally located posh residential estate. The villa has its own private splash pool and Garden where we grow our herbs and fruits. The villa is facing national forest hill and Hollant beach. Both North and South are easily accessible. Rooms are so tastefully done for you to feel at home away from home. It has a functional bar, Bohemian Sheesha Sitout, Dinning area, Living space, Several Sit out and Reading Corners, Swings and Loungers. No access to the Kitchen.
A maximum of 3 rooms are used for Airbnb out of the 6, 3 double bedrooms are offered in this booking and the 4th room is available at an extra cost when there are more than 6 guests only if such request is accepted. The hosts stays at the property in order to serve the guests. The other staff members Housekeeping, and Cook / Driver stays in staff accommodation outside the property. We aim to offer a very personalised experience and arrange for special excursions. No Late night parties, loud music, or Pool access are allowed after 10pm due to the RWA requirements in the neighbourhood.
The kitchen is not accessible to the guests and outside food isn't allowed. We have full-time housekeeper/ cook and we can offer warm meals, drinks, tea/ coffee ( all kinds) for an additional cost. Prices are competitive to other restaurants in the region.
