Tucked away in a quiet, leafy lane in Calangute, this private 4-bedroom home opens directly onto lush, uninterrupted paddy fields, offering a peaceful retreat just minutes from the vibrant beaches, restaurants, and nightlife of North Goa.
Kokon Haus is a brand new four bedroom villa that comfortably sleeps 8 and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It’s spread over two levels and designed to feel calm, open and welcoming. Being part of a larger property, it has a lovely farmhouse feel while still offering complete privacy.
Downstairs you have a spacious open plan living and dining area with floor to ceiling glass doors that open directly onto the private pool and garden overlooking the beautiful paddy fields. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, fridge, microwave and everything you need if you want to cook. With one bedroom on the ground floor with its private garden area overlooking a 100 year old banyan tree.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom featuring rain showers. There’s also a separate lounge area on the upper floor with a big TV, comfy seating and a bookshelf. Great for relaxing or quiet evenings.
Outside there is a private garden space of 500 sqm with seating and a dining area under the stars, with direct access to the peaceful paddy fields.
