The neighbourhood
Plush, Luxury and Deluxe...!. You will love my place because our interiors are soothing, furniture is exclusively handpicked to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. Candolim beach is 5 minutes drive. You can enjoy going to the beach, shopping, visiting restaurants, karaoke singing, swimming etc. Newton's and Delfino's , supermarkets are a few minutes drive. *The place is a 1 BHK apartment located on the 2nd floor. *There is no elevator.*Car parking is not available in the complex.
The space
There are balconies in the bedroom and in the living room. There are cane chairs with cushions in the balcony.
Kitchen:
There is a mini refrigrator, microwave, toaster, induction cooktop with basic crockery and cutlery, which are part of the open kitchen.
Bedroom :
The bedroom has a queen size bed and cupboard. There is 1.5 ton LG air conditioner in the bedroom and a fan. There is a 2 door cupboard with hangers,drawers and keys.
We also have a branded single sized bed.
Living room:
