Bungalow 184 is a 144 year old heritage villa located near Arambol church. It's a five minute walk to the beach.
It has four bedrooms - perfect for family with kids or big group of friends! Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have ACs
Our kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. We also have a washing machine for laundry facilities. The Arambol House is featured on BBC One UK edition as a place for a winter getaway.
Bungalow 184 is the only heritage home in Arambol village. It is a short five minute walk to Arambol beach. There is a lovely garden around the house. Shops and restaurants are close by. It is spacious, accessible yet private.
Enjoy the elegance of a bygone era, high-beamed ceilings, and antique details, The house was built in 1882. It is one of the most prominent and largest homes in Arambol and is located conveniently along the main road leading up to the Arambol beach. The house was an outpost for the Portuguese, which was taken over by the Indian soldiers. We have maintained the bullet marks on the door, for our guests to see.
We have also maintained the olden days layout of the house so when you visit you will also see vintage furniture, Goan Garafao, piggy toilet: all of which tell a story to our guests. There are old coconut, jackfruit and mango trees around the house.
