The neighbourhood
The property is the famed Gonsalves Mansion, best known for hosting Jazz events over the years. The Mansion is almost 100 years old, built during Portugese rule in Goa with over 22 rooms. currently resided by the owner, Armando Gonsalves, his wife Shaeen & 2 toddler sons Liam and Stellan. But the majority of the Mansion including courtyards, verandah, garage, dining hall, kitchen etc are part of this listing.
Mr. Gonsalves has named the suites after his kids Nihal, Zenisha, Liam and Stellan.
The space
Gonsalves Mansion sits in the heart of the Capital City of Panjim, and shares century old history. The place is well known for Jazz music, Heritage, Art, Culture and social work, all in honour of our beautiful state, Goa!
It's truly a heritage place by all means.
The suites have private entrances, attached washrooms, private balconies situated in a quaint and peaceful heritage precinct covered by lines of beautiful trees 🌳
Guest access
Guests will have access to their suite via private entrance. They can also access the kitchen if they want to cook something. There is a beautiful dining hall, a cute Courtyard adorned by fruit trees, and a long winding verandah that hugs the Mansion
