About this property
This 3 BHK Villa is situated 1.5 kms away from Colva beach. It is in a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing location with a field view that goes undisturbed right up to the beach. The 3 bedrooms have A/C and are fully furnished with balconies, attached toilets and bath. Our spacious sitting room, dining hall, kitchen and a laundry room has all the nessary amenities. At the entrance there is a car parking facility and the house has a compound wall with a gate. It is very popular for weddings.
This independent villa gives lots of privacy which makes the Guest feel very comfortable and at home. The west side of the villa has a field view which goes till the Colva beach.
On entering the house there is a living room with sofa set, T.V. with cable and sitting area.
The living room is connected to kitchen and dining area. A small room with washing machine for laundry is attached to the kitchen. The kitchen area has a exit door to the back side of the house. One bedroom with double bed and toilet with shower is accessible from the living room.
A staircase from the living room leads to the two bedrooms on the first floor. The first floor area also gives access to a open terrace.
Both bedrooms on the first floor have a private balcony and attached toilet.
One has a bath tub and other one has a shower.
Both rooms have a/c and double beds.
The guests have access to the entire villa. Upon arrival the Guest is given the key and acts as a owner of the house.
