The neighbourhood
Quiet Time between 9pm to 7am, No loud music or noise during this time. Refrain from any loud noise or music, during anytime of the day or night. There's a local ordinance to this effect & our neighbors especially will appreciate it.
No Parties or large gatherings in the villa or community
Smoking is forbidden inside our home even with the doors & windows open. Please use open spaces to smoke i.e. our balcony, porch or terrace.
Pool is open from 8am to 8pm.
Drinks / Food (bottles / glasses / cutlery), & loud music are STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside and around the pool. Strictly No Diving and descent swim costume is must, including children. No kids with diapers are allowed and kids/children must always be accompanied by adults.
Any kind of substance abuse or indecent behavior inside the community is considered as act of serious crime.
Our housekeeping staff will clean the villa once everyday between 10am to 2pm. Linen is changed once every 5days for long term guests.
Please don’t leave open / unattended food containers on the kitchen counter to avoid an insect infestation. To maintain hygiene, allow the housekeeper to clean the house and pick up the trash everyday.
