The space
This is a 4 bedroom villa with two bedrooms, a suite and a dorm which can sleep up to 8 guests. There is a kitchen on the ground floor and a covered terrace which provides a sea view. The property boasts a lot of open space. There is a swimming pool, a patio, a lawn. The property is surrounded by the backwaters in an L shape which is what separates it from the beach.
There is a fully functional kitchen available for your use which is equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, gas stove, RO, microwave and refrigerator. It is shared space also used by our caretaker twice a day for 2-3 hours.
