About this property
If you and your family have Goa on your mind, consider staying over at the Casa del Buho. Our place is our home away for home, ideally suited for groups of 6 to 7 people looking to have a relaxed holiday. The house is just over a km walking distance from Utorda Beach, which is probably the most scenic and peaceful stretch along the coast. There are a multitude of fine dining restaurants in the vicinity. The house has many private nooks making it the perfect getaway.
Our house is a part of a gated community in Utorda. It shares a swimming pool and security infrastructure with the other houses. Our home is independently fenced with its own compound, small garden and has sit-outs in the front and back. There is one covered car park in our compound and adequate curb side parking for many vehicles on the street. The house has One living room, 2 dining areas, a kitchen, 2 porches and 1 bedroom (with an attached private bath) on the ground floor. The first floor has the master bedroom with a walkin closet and a large master bath (the red room). There is one more independent bed room with an attached bath (the blue room) and there is a TV / entertainment room (the green room). All bedrooms and living rooms are air conditioned. There is power backup for everything other than the AC's and water heaters. As such power supply is reasonably consistent with power cuts being more a weather related safety precaution.
The house is a 15 to 18 min walk (~1.2kms) from Utorda beach.
