Check-in: 2:00 PM onward
Check-out: Strictly by 12:00 AM
(Late checkouts will result in deposit deductions unless pre-approved.)
🔐 Entry Requirements (Mandatory)
Government-issued ID is required for all guests at check-in.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Any visitors must leave the premises by 10 PM unless pre-approved.
Maximum occupancy limits must be respected as per your booking.
💰 Security Deposit & Deductions
A refundable security deposit is collected at check-in. Deductions will apply in the following cases:
Property or furniture damage
Missing items (towels, remotes, kitchenware, etc.)
Stained linens or mattresses
Smoking inside the villa (only allowed outdoors)
Misuse of appliances or violation of house rules
Late check-out without prior approval
Unauthorized guests or parties
Violation of parking rules
Disturbance or complaints from neighbors
Any extra cleaning required due to rule violations
