The neighbourhood
Our luxury, Spacious and independence 5 bedroom villa with private pool is located in the heart of porvorim which is a centre of North Goa. Beaches are about 20-25 minutes drive , Panjim city and Mapusa city are also 15-20 minutes drive. This is perfect for a large group of 10-15 guests.

Rooms are flexible which means these can be opened on all sides to make it adjoining and at the same time closed to make it private.

No loud noise will be allowed in open after 8pm

As per current situation incase if the gas cylinder gets over, we will have to replace the gas stove with induction cooktop because of the shortage of the cylinders.
