- Room for Everyone, Space for Anyone: Seven ensuite bedrooms across a villa and an adjoining suite. Nobody shares a bathroom, nobody sleeps on a sofa, and there are two separate living areas so fourteen people are never in one room unless they choose to be.
- A Pool That Stays Yours: A private ten-metre pool, not shared with any other guest while you're here. Poolside terrace and sun deck, with the living space opening straight onto it.
- The Stream at Your Garden's Edge: Open views to the mountains and forest canopy behind Mandrem, and water running past the garden. Mornings are bird calls. Evenings are the light going down behind the hills.
