The neighbourhood

Accommodation for 2 children below 4 years of age, sharing the room with parents, will be free without extra bed. Extra bed can be provided if space permits @ Rs 1800/‐ plus tax per night
Please note the Villa manager will collect Rs 20,000/- security damage deposit on check in and refund on check out.

Kindly observe all the rules of the complex and keep noise levels under control as a courtesy to guests and residents in other villas.
Swimming Pool is only functional 24h. You need to be in proper swimming attire to get in the pool.
Please provide Photo IDs of all guests at the time of check-in.
There are enough open spaces in and around the villas, please make sure that you don't smoke inside the villa.
No loud music/noise after 10PM. This is to ensure the sanctity of other guests in the villas around.
No outsiders allowed. Only guests who have submitted their IDs will be allowed inside the villa.

Most villas allow self check-in. Pets are welcome at most villas if you tell us in advance. Send us your plans and we sort the rest with the host.
