Located in a beautiful 8 acre villa complex with lush green gardens and 2 large swimming pools, our 3 bedroom villa is just a 5 min walk away from the beautiful Sinquerim beach.
Our villa is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to have a great time in Goa. While the complex is very peaceful and quiet, step out and you are within walking distance to some of Goa's best night life, restaurants & beaches.
Comprising of 220 sq. meters our villa is spacious and fully air-conditioned with one bedroom on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All bedrooms are en-suite and have balconies overlooking beautiful gardens of the complex.
Our villa also comprises of a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen. Enjoy an evening coffee from your balcony or terrace or just chill by the common pool that is situated just near this villa.
We also have a restaurant in the complex and offer all-day-dining room service at the villa. Our team of staff is on hand to help you should you require any vehicles on hire or any information about Goa.

The neighbourhood
Candolim is a coastal village in Bardez between Sinquerim and Calangute, with a long quiet stretch of beach, plenty of restaurants and the Aguada headland at its southern end. Baga and Anjuna are both close by.
