About this property
Two villas side by side, two private pools, and the whole of Aroha Palms Pilerne to your party alone: eleven bedrooms, two lofts, and room for twenty-six
A restored old Portuguese house on one side, a newly built art villa on the other, joined by a garden door we unlock for your stay. Open it and you have one connected estate. Close it and each half of the group has its own house, its own kitchen and its own quiet. 15,500 sq ft in total. Candolim beach is ten minutes away
What You'll Love
- Two Villas, One Compound: Villa Majestic and Villa Grande stand side by side with a garden door between the two pools. Open it for one estate; close it and two families have separate front doors. That flexibility is the whole point: twenty-six people together when they want to be, and apart when they don't.
- Two Private Pools: A ten-metre pool at each house. Nobody shares water, and two halves of a group can do entirely different things on the same afternoon without negotiating.
- Old House and New House: Majestic is a genuinely old Portuguese home, restored: thick walls, deep verandahs, the proportions of a building made before air conditioning existed. Grande is a white three-storey art villa built from the ground up, hung with original work from noted artists. Staying in both at once is a strange and rather good thing.
- Eleven Bedrooms, Two Lofts: All ensuite, five of them with private jacuzzi tubs, plus four powder rooms across the two houses.
