The space
Villa De Plumeria is a regal colonial-contemporary villa tucked inside a quiet, tree-lined gated community in
Candolim — just 1km from the beach and minutes from everything North Goa has to offer.
FLOOR 1
The open porch dining area features a dining table for 6 with views of palms and bright bougainvillea. The blinds
can be drawn for full privacy — open, airy, and intimate all at once. The living room has a plush leather sectional
sofa, flat-screen TV, and a chess table.
Note: The living room has ceiling fans and pedestal fans. AC is provided in all 4 bedrooms only.
The modular kitchen is stocked for 12 — 2 induction hobs, microwave, oven, toaster, RO water purifier, electric
kettle, and a welcome basket. Full crockery, cutlery, and utensils for the group. Large refrigerator.
